Questions we get asked

How does the trial work?
Thirty days free with five analyses total. We take a card when you start the trial, but nothing is charged during those 30 days. On day 31 your selected paid plan begins at the price and billing term you chose and renews until you cancel. The paid plan allowance — 10, 30, or unlimited analyses — begins only after the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Manage billing, then Cancel. Two clicks, no email required, no phone call. Cancel at any point in the 30 days and you are charged nothing at all. Cancel later and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
What counts as an analysis?
Each completed Beacon analysis counts once against your plan allowance. The trial includes five analyses total; after the trial, your monthly allowance follows the paid plan you selected.
What happens to unused analyses?
Paid plans start each month fresh with their full allowance. Unused analyses do not carry over. Trial analyses also do not carry into the paid plan.
What if we stop paying?
Beacon goes read-only. Every observation, transcript and conversation stays readable and exportable; you simply cannot run new analyses until a plan is active.
Is it per principal or per teacher?
Per principal — per person doing the observing. Your teacher roster can be any size at no extra cost.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes, and no card is needed if you do. Annual plans can be invoiced to a business office. Email admin@beaconcoach.us and we will send a quote.
